Transfer Factor
This figure illustrates the “transfer factor” advantage of PalletKraft Pallets. Wood pallets are not capable of absorbing shock; consequently, any shock and resulting compression that occurs during transit is absorbed by the product load. This may cause significant load settling (in this example, 1/2 inch) and product damage. In contrast, PalletKraft Pallets are designed to absorb shock and to compress, if necessary, to prevent the transfer of the shock to the product load. By absorbing shock, PalletKraft Pallets reduce product settling and minimize product damage.
